We recommend removing smaller personal items and valuables beforehand. Larger furniture can usually be moved and covered as part of the preparation process. We’ll discuss room setup during quoting so there are no surprises.

Many clients choose to go about their normal workday while we complete interior painting. Working in an empty home allows us to move efficiently and minimise disruption to your daily routine.

If you have specific concerns around access, pets, security systems, or key arrangements, we’re happy to discuss and organise everything clearly before work begins.

We typically use low-odour, water-based interior systems suitable for residential environments. Odour is generally minimal and dissipates quickly with ventilation. 

Minor cosmetic cracks can sometimes reappear due to natural movement in homes. We repair visible imperfections during preparation, but structural movement is outside standard painting scope. 

Yes. We’re happy to offer practical guidance based on lighting, room size and existing finishes. Final colour decisions remain yours, but we can help simplify the process. 

Unless otherwise specified, interior repaints typically include two full coats over properly prepared surfaces. Any variations are clearly outlined in your written quote.
